Intake & Retainer
If you want to move forward, you complete a detailed intake questionnaire and sign your service agreement. Your retainer is paid before research begins. Cases move in the order we receive complete, workable information.
Research & Orders Placed
We identify every agency, locate every record, and submit the document requests on your behalf. When research is complete, we invoice for any overage time and agency fees. Once paid, orders are placed and documents go straight from each agency to you.
Case Complete
We send you a detailed summary email covering everything relevant to your case - receipts, confirmation numbers, and instructions for anything that requires action on your end. You walk into the DMV ready. Case closed.
